Tour Our Campus

Schedule a private tour to experience Crestwell firsthand. Walk through our classrooms, meet our teachers, and see our students engaged in hands-on learning. While we accept applications year-round, tours and screenings for priority consideration take place from summer through January, with priority decisions released in February.

Submit Your Application

Complete the online application and submit all required documents, including school transcripts and teacher recommendations. A non-refundable application fee is required to process your application.

Student Assessment & Shadow Day

After your application is reviewed, candidates who are moving forward in the admissions process will be invited to campus for a student assessment and shadow day experience. This gives us the opportunity to understand your child's learning style and allows your child to experience a day in the life of a Crestwell student.

VPK Applicants: Candidates moving forward will be invited for a 2.5-hour behavioral screening with a current VPK class.
Kindergarten Applicants: Candidates moving forward will be invited for a 3-hour behavioral and academic screening.
Grades 1-8 Applicants: Candidates moving forward will be invited for a full-day behavioral and academic screening with their current grade level class.

Admission Decision

Our admissions committee reviews each application holistically, considering academic records, recommendations, assessment results, and family alignment with our mission.

Timeline: Enrollment decisions are released February 1 for the upcoming school year.

Enrollment & Welcome

Upon acceptance, you'll complete the enrollment contract and tuition deposit to secure your child's spot. Our team will then guide you through orientation and help your family prepare for an exciting first day at Crestwell!

We offer rolling admissions, but recommend applying early to secure your spot.

Priority Consideration

February 1

Applicants who have completed their screening by February 1 receive priority consideration for the upcoming school year.

Decision Notification

February 1

Enrollment decisions are released February 1 for the upcoming school year. Rolling decisions continue throughout the year.

Enrollment Deadline

2 Weeks

Accepted students have two weeks from the date their offer is made to complete enrollment and secure their spot.

Step Up Scholarships

Crestwell School is a participating school in Florida's scholarship programs administered by Step Up For Students. These state-funded scholarships help make private education accessible to Florida families who qualify.

Eligibility requirements and scholarship amounts vary by program and are determined by Step Up For Students. We encourage families to visit their website to learn about available options and apply directly.
