Choosing the right school for your child is a big decision, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need. Below you'll find answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective families. If you don't see what you're looking for, our admissions team is always happy to chat.

General Admissions

Crestwell School serves students from Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) through 8th grade. Our VPK program is for children who turn 4 by September 1st of the school year.

Our admissions process includes the following steps:

  • Submit an inquiry to connect with our admissions team
  • Schedule and attend a campus tour
  • Complete and submit your application with required documents
  • For select applicants, a student assessment and shadow day visit may be scheduled as part of the review process
  • Admission decision from our committee
  • Complete enrollment paperwork

Yes, there is a $200 non-refundable application fee required to process your application. This fee covers the cost of reviewing application materials and coordinating the student assessment.

Yes—a campus tour is a required part of our admissions process. You'll have the opportunity to see our classrooms, meet teachers, and observe students engaged in learning. Schedule a tour to get started.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Annual tuition for the 2026-27 school year is:

  • VPK (Pre-K): $11,475
  • Grades K-5: $11,475
  • Grades 6-8: $11,850

Yes! Crestwell School is a proud participating school in Florida's scholarship programs administered by Step Up For Students. We accept both:

  • FES-EO, FTC (Educational Options) (K-8): For income-eligible families
  • FES-UA (Unique Abilities) (PreK-8): For students with qualifying diagnoses

Eligibility requirements and scholarship amounts are determined by Step Up For Students. Visit stepupforstudents.org to learn more and apply.

We offer two payment options:

  • One-Time Payment: Pay in full by April 1 and receive a $400 discount
  • 10-Month Payment Plan: Monthly payments beginning May 1, managed through FACTS Management Company

Yes, we offer a $250 sibling discount for each additional child enrolled from the same family.

School Life

School hours vary by grade level:

  • Lower Elementary (VPK, K, 1st): 8:15 AM – 2:45 PM
  • Grades 2-5: 8:15 AM – 3:05 PM
  • Middle School (6-8): 7:55 AM – 3:25 PM

The school opens at 7:30 AM for morning drop-off. Extended care is available until 6:00 PM after school for an additional fee.

Yes, Crestwell School has a uniform policy. Students wear school-approved polo shirts in designated colors with khaki or navy bottoms. Uniforms can be purchased through our approved vendor. Details are provided to families upon enrollment.

Crestwell offers a variety of extracurricular activities including:

  • Athletics (basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more)
  • Visual and performing arts programs
  • Student clubs and leadership opportunities
  • Afterschool enrichment programs

We believe in developing the whole child through diverse experiences beyond the classroom.

Crestwell School maintains small class sizes to ensure personalized attention for every student. Our average student-to-staff ratio is approximately 12:1, allowing our team to know each student's strengths, challenges, and learning style.

Crestwell offers an optional hot lunch program with à la carte ordering. Families can also choose to send lunch from home. Information about the lunch program, including menus and ordering, is provided at the beginning of each school year.
